PFD Group facilitated a strategy session designed to highlight their growth and focus opportunities. PFD provided coaching to the AppIt leadership team to support the firms’ founders in identifying where they wanted to focus and shared critical processes to enhance internal coordination. AppIt gained insight into a potential growth plan and metrics to better understand leading indicators to use for managing the company.

Leveraging the private coaching and team facilitation, AppIt’s founders are now clear on their priorities and where to focus their execution plan. AppIt has been honored and recognized with numerous awards including winning the 2012 Denver Office of Economic Development’s JumpStart Biz Plan Competition.
