Ethan brings a passion for transforming teams to their highest potential by utilizing best practices from his extensive corporate leadership, entrepreneurial and private equity senior roles. He has driven client impact at all levels of an organization and is passionate about bringing a leader’s undiscovered talents to the surface. He enjoys coaching CEOs and investors on strategic opportunities, creating team alignment and improving cash flow. He is the founder and president of PFD Group, Inc.
Ethan brings over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, CEO coaching and private equity having co-founded a private equity firm, Denver Growth Partners (DGP) and overseeing investments for DGP, CATSHOT Group and PFD Group. He is familiar with all aspects of the due diligence process having evaluated over 100 acquisitions and particularly enjoys strategic planning and talent selection for post-acquisition growth. He has started three companies and has a track record of creating and implementing high growth strategies that attract investors. He has helped larger companies based on his experience with enterprise lean startup.
Ethan earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and was selected to be a host fellow for the Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Carlton College where he received a B.A. in Economics and served as President of the Flying Club and President of the Carlton Management Partners Organization. Ethan is a Certified Flight Instructor and active supporter of children's focused non-profits in the Denver area and a previous member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). When not working he enjoys teaching friends how to fly and spending time with his wife and sons.
Ethan was the co-chair of the 2014 EO Rocky Mountain Entrepreneurial Summit featuring Marcus Luttrell and served on the planning team for the record breaking EO 2015 Western Region Alchemy Conference.

John served eighteen years as chief executive officer of several publicly traded companies and enjoys leveraging his experience to coach and mentor high growth companies and CEOs. He successfully managed international businesses involving complex emerging technologies and has been responsible for several turnarounds including, Peek Traffic Ltd., a troubled company with eighteen operations in ten different countries. John increased Peek’s cash flow from zero to $23 million in one year.
John has a strong operations background with demonstrated skill in internal as well as acquired growth. He currently serves as an independent director on several public boards. Previously, from 2003 – 2006, John was CEO of Analogic Corp. (NASDAQ:ALOG), a $400 million maker of medical imaging and airport security products. John is a veteran public speaker and writer. He served as company spokesman with high-profile print, television and radio exposure during investigations of the PanAm 103 and TWA 800 crashes. He has twice testified before U.S. Congress regarding improved airport security.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He was named the University’s outstanding engineering alumnus in 1996. He earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. John is rated as an airline transport pilot and certified flight instructor. He has made several crossings over the North Atlantic in his plane and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
