Shannon is an expert in strategy and execution. She has more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-growth technology companies in the financial services industry. She is well known for her ability to lead and execute with her team in implementing a repeatable Strategic Execution System - creating it in her first company and validating in her second company by the speed in which the company was built and sold. She now coaches CEOs and leadership teams from around the world who want success using the same system. Shannon founded her CEO coaching and worldwide speaking business in June 2011. She is the co-founder of Metronome Growth Systems which is a cloud-based business platform. for best practice high growth businesses, their CEOs, leaders, and Business Coaches. Shannon is the co-architect of ACETECH’s Market Validation Program and the architect pf ACETECH’s Growth Strategy Program. In July 2014, Shannon wrote and released Amazon Best Selling - Entrepreneurship Book, “ The Metronome Effect: The Journey to Predictable Profit.” Verne Harnish coined it the “Street Version” of his best-selling book “Scaling Up”. Shannon released her second book in April 2018 - which was recognized and Amazon Best Seller - New Release - “3HAG Way” Shannon was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 and was awarded the Sarah Kirke Award for Canada’s Leading Women Entrepreneurs in 2006. Shannon was named Deal Maker of the Year in Vancouver 2011 and was in the Top 3 Mid-Market Deals on Wall Street that Year. In 2017, Shannon was recognized as one of Canada’s 150 Women.
Ethan Martin is the Founder and President of PFD Group, Inc, a strategic coaching firm that specializes in helping CEOs of high-growth companies create bold strategies that not only reach financial success, but also transform the lives of the people in their team and their community. Ethan has had twenty years of entrepreneurial and coaching experience, founding and selling multiple companies, as well as in the social sector, as he founded the Aviation Community Foundation (ACF) that, with its partner organizations, is helping 1,000,000 underserved students create flight plans for life. Ethan was a past member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), as well as co-chairing several regional EO learning events and earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Ethan lives in Colorado with his wife and two sons. He is a Certified Flight Instructor, and he loves to fly airplanes, teach, and travel.

His client list is broad and diverse, including some Fortune 500 companies, small to medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations. Chris completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and earned an MBA at The University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago and is married with two daughters.
Ethan Martin is the Founder & President of PFD Group, Inc. and a Scaling Up / Rockefeller Habits certified and 3HAG certified coach. Ethan has a passion serving high growth companies that focus on bettering their communities and the world, by helping these companies identify their strategic goals, build high performing teams, and execute their plan. He serves his clients by leveraging his expertise in corporate leadership, entrepreneurial start-ups and private equity senior roles, and by measuring his performance by his clients’ financial returns, internal team trust, and impact on their communities. Ethan earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and was selected to be a host fellow for the Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Carleton College where he received a B.A. in Economics. Ethan lives in Colorado with his wife and two sons. He is a Certified Flight Instructor, and he loves to fly airplanes, teach, and travel. Ethan spends all the time he can in the mountains - as he also loves hiking, camping, and skiing.
