• FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE COACH
Ethan founded PFD Group to help founders build businesses that create lasting value, not only for shareholders, but for employees, families, customers, and the communities they serve.
A certified Scaling Up® and Rockefeller Habits coach, Ethan brings firsthand experience as both an entrepreneur and operator. Having built and sold multiple companies and served in senior leadership and private equity roles, he understands the opportunities and pressures that come with scaling a business because he's lived them.
Today, Ethan works alongside founders and leadership teams to create clarity, strengthen culture, develop exceptional leaders, and build organizations that can thrive well beyond their founders.
His work sits at the intersection of strategic planning, leadership development, organizational health, and long-term stewardship.
Outside of PFD Group, Ethan is a Certified Flight Instructor, founder of the Aviation Community Foundation, and an avid outdoorsman. He lives in Colorado with his wife and two sons and can usually be found flying, hiking, skiing, or exploring the mountains with his family.

Tabby helps ensure every client experience reflects the care and excellence PFD Group strives to deliver.
She works closely with founders and leadership teams throughout their journey, coordinating engagements, supporting strategic initiatives, and creating an experience that allows leaders to focus on what matters most.
Currently studying Talent Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, Tabby is passionate about leadership, organizational culture, and helping people discover opportunities where they can do their best work and create meaningful impact.
Originally from York, England, she now calls Colorado home and enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time in the mountains.

Karissa Feese
Karissa helps transform ideas into experiences.
From client tools and workshops to presentations, assessments, and digital resources, she ensures everything we create reflects the clarity, excellence, and intentionality behind PFD Group.
With a background in Marketing and Fine Arts from Regis University, Karissa combines creativity with thoughtful design to help founders engage more deeply with the ideas that shape their organizations.
Raised on a ranch in western Colorado, she finds inspiration in the outdoors and enjoys painting, traveling, and exploring new cultures.

JOHN WOOD
John Wood helped shape the foundation of PFD Group long before it became the company it is today.
A respected CEO, accomplished pilot, engineer, and mentor, John spent decades leading public companies, guiding complex turnarounds, and developing leaders with wisdom, humility, and extraordinary generosity.
More importantly, John invested deeply in people. His mentorship profoundly influenced Ethan's life and leadership and continues to shape the way we serve our clients today.
Although John passed away in 2021, his legacy lives on through the countless leaders he encouraged, the businesses he strengthened, and the enduring belief that leadership is ultimately about serving others.
