ETHAN MARTIN
• FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE COACH
Ethan’s entrepreneurial spirit started young through a love of aviation. His parents encouraged his passion but made him figure out how to pay for it himself, teaching him early that creating value could open doors to new possibilities.
Ethan went on to build and sell companies and serve in operating and private equity roles. Today, as a certified Scaling Up and Rockefeller Habits coach, he works alongside mission driven CEOs and leadership teams to clarify their future, build exceptional teams and cultures, and develop the next generation of leaders.
At the heart of his work is a belief that great leadership is an act of stewardship. For Ethan, success is about building a great company while living a great life, creating opportunities for others, and stewarding what we have been given well.
Ethan is also a pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, and founder of the Aviation Foundation Community, helping young people discover the entrepreneurial spirit and possibility aviation inspired in him.
He lives in Colorado with his wife, Kate, and their two sons and loves flying, skiing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
TABBY MEERE
Tabby helps ensure every client experience reflects the care and excellence PFD Group strives to deliver.
She works closely with founders and leadership teams throughout their journey, coordinating engagements, leading strategic initiatives, and creating an experience that allows leaders to focus on what matters most.
Currently studying Talent Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, Tabby is passionate about leadership, organizational culture, and helping people discover opportunities where they can do their best work and create meaningful impact.
Originally from York, England, she now calls Colorado home and enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time in the mountains.
CHIEF OF STAFF
SHILPA SAJJA
Shilpa shapes the ideas at the heart of PFD Group's work. She helps translate PFD Group's coaching methodology into the frameworks, stories, and tools that founders carry with them long after an engagement ends.
She brings a background that spans consulting, strategic communications, and B2B content strategy, bringing a mix of quantitative and qualitative skills to the team. She has worked at large firms as well as successful startups, experiences that shape her belief that sustainable scaling involves accounting for more than just numeric metrics.
Outside of work, Shilpa facilitates writing workshops at a Boston-based nonprofit and enjoys long-distance running, reading, and ceramics.

Karissa Feese
Karissa helps transform ideas into experiences.
From client tools and workshops to presentations, assessments, and digital resources, she ensures everything we create reflects the clarity, excellence, and intentionality behind PFD Group.
With a background in Marketing and Fine Arts from Regis University, Karissa combines creativity with thoughtful design to help founders engage more deeply with the ideas that shape their organizations.
Raised on a ranch in western Colorado, she finds inspiration in the outdoors and enjoys painting, traveling, and exploring new cultures.

MIA MCKAY
Mia leads events and community engagement, building the relationships and events that connect our clients to the right people and opportunities.
With a background in Psychology and Business from the University of Vermont, Mia combines a natural curiosity about human behavior with experience in marketing, sales, and program management for startups in both the tech and nonprofit worlds. She is driven by a passion for economic development and organizational design, and she leads a nonprofit board, where she enjoys building systems that help organizations and the people within them grow.
Her work reflects a conviction at the heart of PFD Group: investing in people changes the trajectory of businesses and lives.
A Colorado native, Mia can be found exploring the mountains, skiing, surfing, scuba diving, or catching live music.

JOHN WOOD Jr.
SENIOR CONSULTANT, MENTOR & FRIEND
John Wood helped shape the foundation of PFD Group long before it became the company it is today.
A respected CEO, accomplished pilot, engineer, and mentor, John spent decades leading public companies, guiding complex turnarounds, and developing leaders with wisdom, humility, and extraordinary generosity.
More importantly, John invested deeply in people. His mentorship profoundly influenced Ethan's life and leadership and continues to shape the way we serve our clients today.
Although John passed away in 2021, his legacy lives on through the countless leaders he encouraged, the businesses he strengthened, and the enduring belief that leadership is ultimately about serving others.
