Early in flight training, a pilot is taught to continuously scan their instruments.
A fundamental element of that is the primary flight display (PFD).
IT DOESN’T FLY THE PLANE FOR YOU, IT SIMPLY PROVIDES CLARITY.
Years before founding PFD Group, Ethan learned that lesson in the cockpit from his mentor, John Wood Jr, who believed in him long before he had earned it.
As he went on to build and sell companies, work alongside entrepreneurs, and learn from leaders like Verne Harnish, he discovered the same principle applies to business.
